All authors will need to stop by the registration desk to ensure their presentations are in the correct assigned session.
Authors are solely responsible for bringing their presentation prepared directly on their individual USB drives. Remember to come prepared with the presentation directly on your USB drive.

Presentation Guidelines
Oral presentations should maintain a 16:9 aspect ratio as provided in the CPEPowerEng 2025 template, link below:

The standard CPEPowerEng 2025 template is provided above. CPEPowerEng 2025 logo use is allowed only on presentations to be given during CPEPowerEng 2025 and must maintain a similar aspect ratio to any other logo on the slide.

Each presentation will be allocated a maximum of 15 minutes time slot. Presenters will be given 12 minutes to present their work. A 3-minute Q&A session will follow each presentation. Please double-check the conference program for your session day and time and arrive early to check in with your session chair.
